I am a conductor, evoking the music of meaningful change for individuals and systems. My eyes and ears are fine-tuned for elevating coordinated movement and commitment to a unified vision. I persistently work to create harmony amid dissonance by mindfully inspiring others to open, shift perspectives and boost value-driven action. My training and years of practice as a licensed clinical psychologist and researcher inform my strategies when working with individuals, systems, and communities to channel the drive to become the best version of themselves.
